Was muß ich bei IB tun?

@IB Trader
Gestern habe ich einen E-mail von IB bekommen daß wegen Internet-Atacken auf Trader, muß man sich auf die Webseite einloggen, dann bekommt man einen neuen Passwort usw.
Kann mir bitte jemand der das Verfahren durchgemacht hat, näher erklären was zu tun ist, und was weiter passiert? Ich habe verstanden daß es einmalige Passwörter zum einloggen gibt, oder nicht?

ich habe solche Post nicht bekommen. Ist das wirklich von IB? Oder Phishing?

Also ich habe für kein Konto eine solche Mail. Letzte Mails waren IPO und die täglichen acct notifications.
Wenn in der Mail ein LINK ist, ist es wohl phishing. Wenn man sich selbst gelegentlich direkt einloggen und dann ändern soll, könnte es ok sein.

Wenn sie so aussieht, dann ist es ein Trojaner/Phising. Allerdings würde mich schon beunruhigen ,woher die deine email haben. Könnte höchstens sein, dass sie es geschafft haben, das IB-Forum zu hacken.

ja, bei mir war IPO am 14.04 die letzte (außer daily ASN) Post von IB.
anderseits können die Angreifer nicht viel mit dem Geld auf dem Konto anfangen, weil die Überweisung nur an Konto des Inhabers möglich ist. Dann musste schon jemand sein, der fähig ist ein Konto auf Swingman´s Name zu öffnen. Ohne seinen Paß eher unmöglich.

Allerdings würde mich schon beunruhigen ,woher die deine email haben.
auf seine email adresse zu kommen ist eine leichtere Übung. Swingman hinterläßt massenweise Spüren im Internet. Wenn man überlegt mit wem er im Kontakt getreten ist, dann wundert man sich nicht, dass Hinz, Kunz, Brown, Smith, Chang und Lee und wie die alle heißen seine Adresse, Email, Name und Geburtsdatum haben.
Wenn man nach Swingman sucht, dann findet man seine Adresse zum Beispiel bei Ebert´s Forum, ganz offen. Und das ist angeblich am meisten besuchte Terminhändler Forum in D.
Sogar ich bin dort registriert unter drei Decknamen.

Ich habe gestern oder vorgestern eine Warnung von IB bekommen, dass gefälschte Mails im Umlauf sind, die einen Angriff auf das Konto bezwecken ( Abfrage von Password Konto u. ä.; ist leider schon gelöscht.) Ignorieren und löschen!

Vielleicht hast Du den Brief bekommen, weil Du sovieeeeeeel Kohle auf dem Konto hast. Normalerweise ist man mit der Vergabe der STP zurückhaltender und teurer!

Tja, wir haben dort nicht so viel Kohle, und man macht sich keine Sorgen um unsere Sicherheit. Und Swingman beklagt sich, dass er nicht traden kann. Wenn man so viel Geld hat, dann braucht man überhaupt nicht zu traden. Wo kommt denn die ganze Kohle her? Aus den Urlaubsfahrten nach Holland wohl nicht.

Du Glückspilz. Das hat mich schon immer gewundert, dass Du soviel Zeit für Börsen Hobbies hast. Die anderen müssen noch arbeiten. Du darfst dich nur noch amüsieren. Bist Du zu beneiden.

Customers with greater than $100,000 (or USD equivalent) in equity will be able to log into Account Management and see a Secure Transaction Program menu item which must be selected in order to register. Once the STP registration is completed, you will be sent an IB Security Device to your residential or business address of record (no P.O. boxes accepted) overnight.

Es gibt kein Bankgeheimnis mehr hier im Board? Du nennst jetzt auch den Betrag auf mein Konto. Ich wäre lieber so wie mir jemand empfohlen hat bei $99.990 geblieben, nur das Geld vermehrt sich schnell von selbst, und ich schaffe nicht so schnell mit der Verteilung auf andere Karibik Konten.
